Classes and Events
No refunds, date transfers, or store credit will be given without 7 days notice before the start date of the class/event. Tickets may be transferred to another participant. In order to cancel an event, you must receive verbal or written confirmation from our studio. Refunds, in advance of 7 days notice and with confirmation, are refunded back in the original form of payment or store credit depending on customer choice.
Private Instruction
No refunds, date transfers, or store credit will be given without 7 days notice before the scheduled private instruction. In order to cancel the scheduled session, you must receive verbal or written confirmation from our studio.
